How do we capture fit for our customers?

Send the lab a physical mold tray or mold kit, a dental stone cast, or a digital intraoral scan (.stl / .obj / .step) by email. Any local dentist can produce the scan; we supply mold trays in bulk for partners who capture impressions in-store.

Do you work with international resellers?

Yes — active partners operate in the US, Australia, and Singapore. Molds and stone casts ship to the lab by courier; scans arrive by email. Finished batches return to you via DHL Express.

Do you ship directly to our customers?

No. Finished units return to you as a batch — packaging and shipping to your customer stay with you, under your brand. We never contact or ship to your end customers.

Do repeat orders need a new mold?

No. Every mold or stone cast is digitized on arrival and archived in the cloud — a permanent digital profile per customer. Future orders for the same customer fabricate from the file; no new mold, stone, or scan required.

What is the production lead time?

Two weeks from the moment your mold, stone, or scan is received at the bench. Complex and stone-set pieces run longer — flagged at scoping, not after. We invoice on completion and dispatch.

How is B2B pricing structured?

Tiered on volume — unit price drops as your quarterly volume rises. Tiers are shared at scoping, under NDA. We don't publish B2B pricing.

Will our customers know Bor & co. fabricates the hardware?

No. We never post, reference, or disclose partner brands, and nothing we ship identifies the lab. Your customers see your label only — unless you explicitly choose otherwise. NDA is standard.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimums on the first run. Most wholesale partners place 20+ units per month; white label and made-to-order run from unit one. Every unit, at any volume, is fitted to one customer — we don't produce stock.
