Custom Grillz in Indonesia, Without the Guesswork

A properly fitted gold grill used to mean a flight out of the country. We brought the scanner, the CAD, and the casting in-house — here's what changes when grillz are treated as precision hardware.

GrillzIndonesiaProcess

For a long time, getting a grill that actually fit in Indonesia meant leaving Indonesia. The local option was a size chart and a guess; the good option was a flight. Neither is how precision parts are supposed to be made.

Off-the-shelf versus fitted

An off-the-shelf grill is cast to a generic arch and pushed onto yours. It photographs fine and wears badly — loose where it should grip, proud where it should sit flush. A fitted grill inverts that: the geometry is taken from your teeth first, and the metal is built to match. One is a product you adjust to; the other is built around you.

The geometry comes from you. The gold just follows it.

The pipeline

We run four phases on every unit. Scan — an intraoral capture of your teeth, no trays of moulding putty. Design — the piece modelled in CAD against that scan. Manufacture — cast and machined to sub-25-micron tolerance. Finish — set, plated, and polished by hand. The same pipeline runs whether it's a single fang or a full set.

Gold, stones, finish

Solid gold or silver, 18k or rose plating, plain faces or pavé-set diamonds — the material choices are open, but they come after the fit is solved, not before. A grill that doesn't seat correctly is a problem no amount of gold fixes.

It's all made to order from the lab in Canggu, Bali, and shipped across Indonesia and worldwide. Start with a scan in person, or brief the workshop remotely and we'll build to the capture.
